Ryan Reynolds, Will Ferrell set to famous person in holiday-themed film Spirited

Ryan Reynolds and Will Ferrell have joined forces to create a holiday-themed film musical known as Spirited.

The actors on Monday have been photographed at the film set.

The film is a present day retelling of an 1843 novel A Christmas Carol via way of means of Charles Dickens.

Collider suggested that Reynolds will play a model of the ill-tempered protagonist Ebenezer Scrooge.
